1) Delivery and order

A) What is the cost of delivery?

Standard delivery is free in Spain and anywhere in the world.
Secure delivery (insurance against loss, theft and breakage) costs 4.99 euros.

B) When will I receive my order?

Processing your order, manufacturing the products and delivering (free of charge) will take our team a maximum of 2-3 weeks. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

C) My order is not complete

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.

D) I did not receive my order

Is something wrong with Correos ® ? A lost, broken and destroyed package?
With our secure delivery, Peluches Fantasía® will handle any dispute for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier by leaving it to "fend for itself." We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

2) Cancellation and return

A) Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

B) Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel orders placed after 24 hours, simply because they have already been shipped.

However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

C) I want to return an item

We can only accept a return in case of a proven product defect.
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to pelosfantasia.pro@gmail.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

A) What payment methods do you accept?

Peluches Fantasía® ships its products all over the world legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of their country, we decline any responsibility.
