Overall, he appears to resemble the original Mangle, except for the endoskeleton parts, which are more exposed than any other animatronic nightmare. It has all the original parts of the Original Mangle, such as the white plastic head, endoskeleton head, and various mechanical parts, but has a much more sinister and twisted appearance.
